Sounds like hard work? Not when we take you off road in jeeps to the top of a mountain whereupon you descend on mountain bikes with a guide who takes you through one of the most breathtaking mountainbiking areas in Spain. You could watch a video on the Catalan countryside while peddling on an exercise bike in your lounge but we strongly recommend you discover the beauty of the nature reserve at first hand on a mountain bike. This is a half day stag or hen activity. Wear comfortable and sporty clothes. We provide all the other activity equipment and the transport to the venue.
