Who are you?
The Barcelona Adventure Company was founded in April 1999 in order to offer help to the ever increasing number of groups who were coming to Barcelona on a stag or hen weekend without really knowing where to go or what to do.
It's founders, Jeremy Hickey and David Coote were, respectively, the brains and the brawn behind the project and their full dedication in sourcing quality activities, appropriate hotels, apartments, quality bars as well as contracting the best stripper in town meant that great packages could be put together for clients. Trawling through all the bars and clubs was a tough job but someone had to do it.
Since its conception the company has gone from strength to strength offering a wide range of adrenaline fuelled activities as well as more relaxing events where groups get to sample the local culture. Recently introduced activties such as Cocktail making, Treasure hunts and Salsa clases have also proved to be very popular and 2008 has seen a record number of groups let us organise their weekend in Barcelona
Barcelona Adventure has always prided itself on taking care of the essential elements of your event such as itinerary planning, transportation, on the ground support,restaurant reservations as well as any special requests that you may have. This philosophy is as true today as it was in 1999.

We know that we can make your stag or hen weekend that much smoother. You won't be left standing in a queue outside a club or getting lost in the early hours of the morning. We'll assist you as much as you require, providing any advice that you need and accompanying and coordinating your stay in Barcelona to ensure that your group make the most of the weekend.
How do I make a booking?
First, please read our terms and conditions Then we require you to complete the online booking form. We will then price the accommodation and activities requested and respond to you as quickly as possible, along with payment terms. At this point, should you decide to go ahead with your booking, we request a deposit to secure your booking.
How do I make a payment to Barcelona Adventure?
Payment can be made using a credit card or by making a bank transfer:
Cheque - By positng a cheque to our UK address.
Bank Transfers - Transfers can be made to Barcelona Adventure's bank account in the UK or in Spain and do not incur transaction charges.
Paypal - We can send a Payapl request to you. This will enable you to pay using any major bank card. Please note there is a 3% surcharge. This covers the charges we incur to receive the funds.
How secure is my booking?
Once you have paid a deposit, we get confirmation from all our stag and hen suppliers and ensure your booking is confirmed. All client funds are held in a trust account and paid to suppliers once you have used their services. If you have any further enquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Can you arrange T-shirts and other printed clothing for the stag or hen weekend?
Yes, we can have T-shirts or sweaters pre-printed with our staghen.com logo and/or a design of your choice. These will be ready upon your arrival at the hotel. Note, at least 4 week's notice is required in order to provide this service. Please contact us for further details and prices.
What do you suggest if our group want to have a themed weekend with fancy dress?
Choosing the right theme for your fancy dress party can make all the difference to how the party goes. Let us help you come up with a theme and costume... However, we don't advise going out at night in fancy dress if you are thinking of going clubbing as most discos will not let you in.
Do I need travel insurance?
Whilst our operators have insurance, we advise that you should have travel insurance to cover any eventuality during your stag or hen weekend.
