This package includes a fun filled hour pole dancing lesson taught by an experienced pole in a dancing teacher in a centrally located bar pole dancing studio. The pole dancing class is individually tailored to each Hen group so it can be as raunchy or tame as you like.

We recommend the Hens wear either a short skirt, shorts or hot pants with bare legs and high heels rather than trainers or sandals. Avoid putting cream on your legs and hands beforehand as it stops you gripping the pole! The pole dancing class is the most popular activity with our hen groups in Barcelona.
