We take you to one of Barcelona's best Spa / Wellness centres where you can spend a tranquil morning or afternoon pampering yourself with the hydrotherapy programme or in the sauna. Alteratively you can enjoy pampering by the centre's fully qualified beauticians.
The basic hydrotherapy programme takes place in the Hydrotherapy area and the session last one and a half hours.
The Basic Hydrotherapy Programme consists of the following:
- Thermal pools and fountains with water jets to massage your body
- A fruit bath
- Indo - Roman bath
- Turkish bath with an ice chip zone and water cavern
- Stones pool
- Foot massage pool and waterfall
- Whirlpool
- Sauna and chill out room with cromotherapy
The price includes transfers to and from the spa. The spa offers many extra services such as mud baths, manicures, pedicures and body massages. If these are options that interest you then we can combine them with the hydrotherapy session.
